Project enquiries

The public enquiry form prepares a message on your device. It only opens WhatsApp when you choose a contact; you decide whether to send. WhatsApp and Instagram operate under their own privacy policies.

Client workspaces

Client Google sign-in uses Firebase to verify your identity. When enabled, your verified account identifier, name and email are used to create or connect a private Supabase workspace session. Staff sign in with administrator-created company accounts. Project information, quotations, milestones and documents are stored in a separate Zyvelle database. Access is based on assigned roles. Client information is used to deliver and coordinate your project.

Internal team conversations

Managed staff accounts can use private direct conversations and groups. Messages, membership, delivery and read receipts, and availability timestamps are stored in Supabase. Only active conversation members can read messages; client accounts cannot access staff chat. New group members see messages sent after they join. Availability uses periodic heartbeats and may take up to two minutes to reflect a closed browser. Messages are protected by workspace permissions and are not end-to-end encrypted.

External services

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts and background video from Mux. These providers receive network information such as your IP address. The site currently has no advertising analytics or online payment integration.

Local storage

A session flag remembers the introductory animation during your visit. Connected authentication may store a session in your browser. Signing out clears the workspace session from this browser.

Your requests

Contact Faisal or Zoya through the published business WhatsApp contacts to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. Any retention required for an active project or applicable recordkeeping will be discussed with you.
